The restaurant is designed and supervised by Hosaka Takeshi Architects.The main structure of the building is a single storey reinforced concrete with plastering both on the restaurant interior and exterior. The structure of the restaurant is designed by Arup Japan and was constructed by Hayano Group Co. Japan.The restaurant is located in the Yamanashi Prefecture,in the Chubu region on the Honshu Island.

The plasticity of reinforced concrete is exploited resulting in a cave-like restaurant interior with whitewashed painting.
